Induction and Orientation Programme for Freshers
 

An induction cum orientation programme was organized by the PRT members from 21-24 July, 2010 for the newly enrolled trainees of Boscotech (Silchar, Guwahati). The main objective of the programme was to acclimatize the students to the learning environment by knowing each other well.

Different icebreaking sessions, games and group works were introduced to bring their involvement and cooperation. Sessions on topics such as goal setting, understanding emotions and managing strong emotions, building self confidence, developing positive attitude, making positive first impression etc. were taken with a lot of group activities, fun and games.
