‘Train the Trainer’ Programme at Boscotech (Silchar)
 

A two-day ‘Train the Trainers’ program was conducted at Boscotech (Silchar) on 22-23 July, 2010. The training program was facilitated by Mr. Probal Ghosh (Bosco Reach Out) and Mr. Manuel Daimary (PRT Coordinator). 13 trainers from different institutions participated the ‘Train the Trainers’ program.


The topics covered in the training program included sessions on motivation, how to be an effective educationalist, goal setting and effective classroom management. These topics were dealt in detail through presentations, group discussions and reviews of thematic movies.
