MoRD Inaugural function at Dumka, Jharkhand

A third centre in Jharkhand was inaugurated on 4th July, 2010 at Dumka after an intensive mobilization with a huge registration of more than 430 students. This centre was inaugurated by Shri. Balram Mahato (DRDA), Asst. Project Officer, Dumka and Shri. Debasis Saha, (SGSY), Asst. Project Officer, Dumka. There were a total of 125 participants including the parents of the students who are admitted there.

Other dignitaries present for the function were, Mr. Amit Rajeet from World Vision, Mr. Vincent Murmu, Director of Chirag Foundation, Dumka and Fr. Salomon David (HRD), Director of HRD, Dumka. The 3 different trades that have been initiated there are Welding, A/C & Refrigeration and Electricals which has accounted for nearly 90 students.
