Two new centers inaugurated to carry forward the DB Tech-MoRD Project: Kaurmunda & Ramabahal
After two weeks long mobilization and publicity of the different trades and features of the MoRD project and different training courses under this project, the team succeeded in getting a huge response from the youth of the locality. There was a process of registration, counseling and admission. The inauguration programme at Kuramunda and Ramabahal centre was held on 31st May and 04th June, 2010 respectively. The chief guest who inaugurated both the centers was Mangla Kishan (MP of that location). This inaugural function was also attended by the parents of the trainees who enrolled for the 3-months training. The objective of this programme was to give an orientation to the trainees as well as their parents about the project and its aims and objectives.
DB Tech will provide training in five trades at Kuarmunda centre, namely - Hospitality, ISMO, ITES, Electrician and Welding and five trades at Ramabahal Centre, namely - Sales & Marketing, Driving, ITES, Electrician, and Welding. In Kaurmunda there are a total of 172 students who have been admitted in all courses whereas in Ramabahal, 122 admissions have been recorded.
