Grooming Session at Don Bon Bosco Nitika

The students of Don Bosco Technical (Liluah) underwent a two day program of grooming session held from 07th May – 08th May at Don Bosco Nitika (Kolkata Province). The program was organized by DB Tech, Kolkata Province and conducted by two resource persons namely, Mrs. Anuradha Chatterjee and Mr. Bijay Mukherjee ex-army. The session surrounded in sync to the current requirement of the global market. Mrs. Anuradha made the students feel how important it is to maintain personality, dressing style, way of presenting oneself, different postures of sitting and standing, color of clothes to wear during different seasons, how to face an interview and many others. Students greatly enjoyed each session as they actively participated by clarifying their doubts.

Mr. Bijay Mukherjee, leading service mindset explained that one must imbibe the nature of giving excellent services to the customers. This was a great help to the students because this is a chance for them to grow and get a WOW! factor. Emphasizing on the need of proper service is to first understand the market and customer’s point of view; then only the nature of service will play a fabulous role. Students were enthusiastic to learn more since the eagerness to explore new things could be seen during some of the activities on life skills energizer. It enabled them to get few tips before facing real situations. The students enjoyed and expressed their satisfaction in the two day programme.
