Leadership Training for Management Team

18th – 19th March 2010 DB Tech National Office has initiated a Management Training Programme today (18th March) in the Don Bosco Provincial House, Okhla. It is a two day training programme on Leadership led by the renowned Leadership mentor, Mr. Raja Krishnamoorthy from Chennai. There are 46 participants including the principals of all the Don Bosco Technical Institutes across the country, Project Heads & Province Resource Team members.

Fr. A.M. Jose, Executive Director, DB Tech, in his inaugural speech, highlighted the need and importance of such a training programme at the onset of the Herculean task of training and placing more than 50,000 youth by the end of 2012, which DB Tech has undertaken in collaboration with the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD). “We are going to surge ahead and charge waging a ‘war on want’ and we will win this for the youth of this country and the future of mankind” said Fr. A.M. Jose concluding his inaugural speech.

The two eminent trainers of this Management Training include, Mr. Raja Krishnamoorthy and Mr. Shekar Rajan. Mr. Raja Krishnamoorthy, the human resource specialist, has been a guide, coach and advisor to CEOs and HR heads of corporate organizations. He, with his unique strength of conceptual frameworks and organizational models, has supported a wide range of corporate and non-corporate organizations in various areas of organizational development.

Mr. Shekar Rajan, who has specialized in OD interventions and Leadership Development, has more than 12 years of experience and international exposure handling a range of industries from IT, manufacturing, services to education. He has been highly blessed with the ability to give a behavioral dimension to any training intervention resulting in a holistic transformation of the individual.
