Life Skill Programme at Don Bosco Nitika

11th Nov. to 13th Nov: A three day Life Skill Program had been organized for the Vocational Training Students of Don Bosco Ashalayam, Kolkota. Twenty eight students participated in the same.

The sole aim of the program was to facilitate these boys to identify their potentials and ability for self enhancement. The training program was integrated with many interactive sessions, role plays, presentations and short inspiring audio visual programmes, to motivate the students. The program proved to be of support to these students to overcome their fears and inhibitions. It was also observed that such training in soft skills do assist them to improve their self esteem and enabled them to build up their self- confidence.
