TEACHERS ORIENTATION PROGRAMME IN DON BOSCO TECHNICAL SCHOOL, KRISHNAGAR

14th to 16th Sept. Krishnagar (W.B): Don Bosco Tech India organized Teachers orientation program on 14th and 15th Sept 2009 at Don Bosco Technical School, Krishnagar (West Bengal). The training program was designed to enhance the teaching skills of the teachers and to help them identify the problems of students and giving solutions for it. There were a total of nine teachers who participated in the training program.

Mr.Tapas Kr. Dey the resource person of the program, emphasized on the role of the teachers and the use of various teaching techniques and skills and various strategies that can be used for problem solving of the students. It was followed by the topic like ‘Motivation’, ’Positive thinking’ and ‘Leadership formation’. The program was fully participatory in nature with interactive sessions such as group activities and group discussions. The participants expressed their gratefulness and appreciated the program commenting that it actually helped improve their training skills.
