Don Bosco Plus in Park Circus

26th to 28th Aug. Park Circus,(W.B) Don Bosco Tech India Team, Kolkata Province organized a three day soft skill training program for the Mechanical and Electronics final year students of and Don Bosco Technical Institute, Park Circus. The training was attended by 43 participants. Fr Jijo John, Director of DBTI, Park Circus welcomed Mrs. Soma Ray, the Job Placement Coordinator and the Resource person, Mr. Jayanta Chandra.

Each day the program was begun by an introductory prayers, volunteered by the participants themselves. This was then followed by the interactive sessions, which included role plays, group discussions and presentations. The training program equipped students with coaching on how to deal with stress, skilled them on techniques to reach the peak of their efficiency and gave a platform for them to shed off their inhibitions. The responses from the students were very much empowering and encouraging.Fr. Jijo John, expressed his gratitude to the trainers and the PRT of DB Tech, Kolkata and DB Tech India for their efforts and cooperation of being of assistance for training these students.
