VALEDICTION DAY

On 18th of July, 2009 Valedictory Function was celebrated by Don Bosco Self Employment Research Institute, Mirpara to bid farewell to the trainees who had completed their trainings in various courses both formal and non formal.The Chief Guest of the day was Rev. Fr. Thomas Gomes SDB and the Guest of Honor was Dr. Helgo Mayer from Germany, the Director of HELGO NGO operating in Howrah.

The programme was organized by the students of CET- 3rd year which included lots of cultural programmes. The welcome speech was given by the Chief Guest and the farewell note was read by the Guest of Honor. 187 trainees received their Certificate of Training and Certificates for other various Examinations which they had appeared like, State Council Examination of West Bengal and NIOS Examination, New Delhi.It was also a great matter of pride to observe 38 young trainees receiving Certificate of Appreciation for their 100% attendants from the Chief Guest. The Programme ended with a vote of thanks by Bro. Mathew, the Director of DB SERI.
