Skill Orientation Programmes

In the month of July 2009, two Skill Orientation Training Programmes were organized at Don Bosco Anbu Illam, Kavarapettai. Seventeen Students from Don Bosco Anbu Illam Non Formal Technical Institute and seventy one students from Technical Institute and youth centre of Don Bosco Beatitudes participated in these orientation programmes.

Mr.Richard and Mr.Jerin Bosco, the Job Placement Coordinators, Mr.Michael from Don Bosco Vazhikaatti and Mr.K.J.Francis Xavier, the INM DB Tech Coordinator facilitated the orientation programme. The training programme focused on, the Resume Preparation, Interviewing Skills, Motivation, Personality Development and the Concept of DB Tech Project. The students were enthusiastic and participated actively in the orientation activities. The students expressed that the orientation programmes helped them to acquire confidence to face interviews and to prepare professionally good resumes.
