FINE for DBTI Najafgarh Students

New Delhi 27th & 28th June: Bosco Team Organized ‘FINE’(Final Inputs for New Employment) for the students of Don Bosco Technical Institute Najafgarh. The training was designed exclusively for the passing out students of Basic Computers, Tailoring, Embroidery,Office Management, DTP and CCA. A total of 151 students attended the session in batches of four. The training program was structured with the objective of making these students confident and proficient for the interviews they would be faced with in their career path. BOSCO team animated the FINE for the students.

The training sessions covered topics on ‘Approach towards Interviews’, ‘The Pre and Post Interview approach’, CV and Covering Letter, importance of Personal Grooming and Hygiene etc... The concept and prospect of Entrepreneurship was also discussed with them.The training programme induced a common feeling of confidence and better preparedness for attending interviews, preparing a CV and the significant attribute of creating a ‘First Impression’ .They found the sessions informative, effective and interactive.
