Training on Class Room Management at Maram, Manipur

As part of the Capacity Building programme, training on Classroom Management was conducted for the instructors of the trades of tailoring, welding, carpentry and computer courses on 13 December 2008 at BVTI, Maram by the Province Resource Team of Dimapur.

The training helped the participants, 10 instructors of the various trades to learn and identify the various techniques that an instructor needs to effectively teach and manage the students in the class room setting as well as in practical sessions. It motivated them to be more committed to the development of the trainees and be creative in teaching skills. The participants were enthusiastic about the DB Tech Network and believe this will be a motivation and a great support not only for the poor youth but also for the instructors and management of the institutions.
