Teach to influence - Teachers Training Programme Kaurmunda (Orissa)

Mr. Aloysius of BOSCO -Delhi conducted a one day teachers training programme for the teachers of Don Bosco Vocational training Institute, Kaurmunda on 19th August 2008. 26 teachers participated in the programme. The programme was aimed to enable the teachers to ‘teach to influence. To this end various topics like, class room management, effective teaching and rapport building were discussed at length during the training programme.

The session was conducted in a ‘do and learn’ method to ensure the active participation of the teachers. Both the animator and the participants expressed satisfaction and happiness at the end of the training programme.
