DMOS-COMIDE is a Belgian NGO and member of the Don Bosco Network a Partnership of 8 European NGO’s that work for the human and social development of poor, marginalized youth and adolescents worldwide.
DMOS-COMIDE strives towards social transformation, human empowerment and economical development of underprivileged target groups especially the youngsters.
The role of DMOS-COMIDE is supporting the partners to achieve their educational activities directed at the structural and durable improvement of the social and economic position of underprivileged youth.

Socio-economic development of underprivileged youth
The primary concern is “Socio-economic” development. This includes a structural and durable improvement in the social and economic position of the target group. It aims at the promotion and social integration of the target group.
The target group is the “underprivileged youth” in the developing countries. The youth is understood in a very broad sense of the term. And this without distinction of race, sex, culture and ideology.
Integral education and human development are the “means”.
Results to be achieved
Accessibility to education, knowledge and skills for the poor.
Quality of the training programs and Qualification of the trainees improved.
Employability, access to jobs and linkage with the labour market.
Social and cultural integration: the target groups are actively involved and integrated in the community.
The coordinating bodies and local partners have the capacities to deliver quality services.
