DB Tech skill training inauguration at Vaduthala
 

The first batch of the BASE project was officially inaugurated at Don Bosco Tech (Vaduthala) on August 18, 2010. Mr. Dominic Presentation (MLA, Ernakulam) inaugurated the job oriented training program which is funded by the Ministry of Rural Development (Govt. of India). Smt. K N Raji (Additional District Magistrate) was invited as the Chief Guest for the function. Fr. Devassy Chirackal (Rector, Don Bosco, Vaduthala) has presided over the function who delivered the presidential address at the function. The programme was attended by nearly 100 participants which include students, parents and community members. 44 youngsters from BPL families have registered in Sales & Marketing domain under the project.
