Bosco PLUS is a project aimed at creating Placement Linkages by Upgrading Skills. The aim of the programme is to develop backward and forward linkage services to the disadvantaged and the underprivileged urban poor youth in 10 slums of Mumbai for gainful employment. The programme involves identifying and conducting job-oriented skills training programmes for the youth from the slums of Mumbai, placing them in jobs, and conducting programmes for further skill upgradation.
